In this article I refer to the human migration crisis in Europe and the United States as a signal of a change of consciousness. I argue that this change has become especially urgent after 2012. In fact, I claim that this age after 2012 is exactly the time when people will make progress toward the level of Nietzsche’s “Übermensch,” except that I define this term according to the back-to-the-body perspective. An Übermensch is someone who has a well-developed and well-balanced stomach, brain, and heart. I connect this with the immigration crisis by arguing that are demanding to be in a place where they can fully develop themselves: stomach, brain, and heart. Thus, I call for a rethinking of immigration laws worldwide.
